The GreaseShield GS1000-PF is the world's best, and only eco certified, grease recovery unit. It automatically separates and extracts fats, oils, and grease (FOGs) from kitchen waste water without the need for enzymes, bio additives, or a heating element, eliminating recurring drain blockages and frequent grease trap emptying costs.
The integrated pre-filter basket captures solids and food waste externally, requiring only daily emptying and cleaning alongside the FOG collection container — no access to the internal machine is needed by kitchen staff.
