Greaseshield GS1850AST

The GreaseShield 1850 AST is the world's only eco-certified grease recovery unit, automatically separating and extracting fats, oils and grease (FOGs) from kitchen waste water without any need for staff to access the internal workings of the machine.

FOGs are collected in an external container and solids are transferred automatically to a separate solids container, both of which are emptied and cleaned daily. With no heating element, no silt valve and no requirement for enzymes or bio additives, the GS1850 AST eliminates drain blockages and recurring pumping costs while supporting compliance with local water companies and landlords.
